There should be two screws holding the ring to the base and the base is screwed into the wood door frame.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Squirt, Thanks for writing me. I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate experience, however, I would like to help. Would you please email me directly at [email protected] so that I can investigate why your Ring device fell off your base station? I would like to ensure that we get this fixed for you ASAP but would like more information so I can properly assess the situation and from there provide you with the best plan of action. I would appreciate your time, Thanks, Kaitlyn R., Neighbor Satisfaction Specialist [email protected]
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you do not snap it on tightly before screwing it down, it will fall off. Took me 3 times to figure it out, but it does stay on there. Start from the top and practice with the broken one first. You will hear it snap in, then screw in the 2 bottom screws. Get good at it because you need to remove for charging the battery.
