• Did you check to see if you have the ring app turned on in notifications, if it's not turned on, it will still work, but your phone wont notify you.

• Uninstall the App and then re download it. Also check settings in ring and see about connected devices. I had s10+ then note10+ and worked perfectly fine on both.
