Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is nothing to charge with the ring pro since it does not have a battery. It is direct wire only with your old doorbell wires. My guess is there is something wrong with your doorbell wires or the wi-fi connection to the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Um, mine turned on immediately, and so should yours...if you've wired this correctly, there should be no "lag" time for it to turn on. Either it's not wired correctly (make sure your 2 wires are not accidentally touching each other), or you have a faulty product. If you reinstall your old doorbell and it works, it's a problem with your Ring. Finally, check to make sure you turned your breaker back on, and if you did, that it didn't blow the fuse for some reason (I'd do that first).
