“Full Screen Does not Display on TV Hello, I have tried this product on both a Galaxy s4 and a Note II with two different TV's to get a full screen of the phone on the TV's. However, on several attempts I see some of the image but not all of it. This is important as I am trying to use the adapter to run presentations and i would say the corners are being truncated on the big screen. I have tried two adapters at Bestbuy, one actually worked for a bit then it would disconnect the other connection was great but the screen truncated. Thanks in Advance.”

The cable in no way controls the resolution or picture size. Those functions are controlled by the TV and the phone and tablet. I would start with the TV and then move to the settings on the phone. On the TV, make sure it supports 1080p, that the aspect ratio is set to normal, and that overscan is turned off. As far as the phone goes, I really don't know which settings to change on it. That would be something to contact Samsung and ask.
