It seems quite sensitive to movement. When I made sure nothing was wiggling the connection the problem resolved for me.

If you lose connection to the TV, (no input signal), it usually means that either you're using the wrong one of the two adapters and forcing it to your phone, or the connector is not seating properly with the phone. I've found (with other models not this one in particular) that moving the phone and jiggling the connection clears up the random drops of signal.
