“Can I get a refund or change it for the correct adapter in a store in Mexico? I bougth it in a store in Dallas while I was on a trip there, the store assitant said it would work on a Note 2. Once I returned to Mexico, I tried it and it didn't work, did some research and found out I need a 11 pin adapter for example the smart HML cable from Samsung. I need my money back or the correct 11 pin one. Can I get it in a Best buy store in Mexico? I have my receipt from the Best buy in dallas.”
