Q: Questionnot working with samsung tablet SM-T110will the rocketfish hdmi hdtv adapter work on this type of samsung tablet SM-T110? weve tried connecting it several times to different tvs and all we get is 'no signal' message. we matched the cable up to the correct hdmi input and all we get no signal. tried everything that we can think of, can anyone help?

• A:Answer Without knowing the model of your tablet we cannot say for sure. I would recommend speaking with Lenovo as they will be able to tell you if your tablet is capable of MHL.

• A:Answer Basically you will need to turn off the TV and the phone. Connect the HDMI cable to the TV and adapter, connect the adapter to the phone. Then connect the adapter to the phones power cable. Power both devices on and change the TV to the correct HDMI input. If you are still not getting a signal, I would recommend speaking with Samsung to make sure the phone is setup correctly and all settings are set correctly.

• A:Answer disconnect & reconnect. mine does that sometimes. I don't know why, if maybe it's defective. but after I reconnect it works fine.

Q: QuestionMy phone charges, but no video or audio. How can I fix this?I have an S4. Everything is plugged in correctly and even my television recognizes it has a mhl cable in it, but my phone recognizes nothing and is just charging. Is there a way to fix this?

• A:Answer Did you try using the small USB adapter (that came with the interface) between the interface cable and your phone? That was the only way I could get a signal. Without the adapter the phone charged but there was no video or audio. Good luck.

• A:Answer This adapter works with any TV that has an HDMI port so the TV is fine. The box should have a QR code that you can scan with your phone to check compatibility, or you can speak with LG to check compatibility.

Q: QuestionCan't get it to work with my Note 4??I bought this and so far I can't get it to work with my Galaxy Note 4, I've followed the instructions and I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or if it just doesn't work. I also tried it with my cousins Galaxy S3 and couldn't get it to work with that either.
