QuestionWhy didn't you include PC GamePass? This is a Windows PC. I was disappointed to find this out after I purchased because I thought it came with 3 months of PC GamePass.

- Answer It comes with 3 months of Xbox Game Pass Premium. If you want PC Game Pass, you can call customer support and have it converted. It will then be prorated. For example, if you wanted Game Pass Ultimate, the 3 months of Premium will convert to something like 2 months of Ultimate.

QuestionIm still on fence about this because Its 1k and I barley game on my Xbox series x. I got switch 2, ps portal, steam deck, and 2 other portable gaming devices. What's the difference with xbox series x and this, besides being portable. I also got an pc.

QuestionQuestion for ASUS Answers. The Compare Xbox Game Pass Plans webpage has “Handhelds” listed under supported devices for Ultimate Game Pass, but it’s not listed under PC Game Pass. Does that mean the ROG Xbox Ally X is not supported under PC Game Pass?

- Answer They are not discontinuing PC gamepass but the price is going up for it from $11.99 to $16.49 a month. The Asus Xbox Rog Ally X will be able to use PC gamepass being.its considered a portable PC.
