This may not be the answer you’re looking for… I got my Roku only three weeks ago. Setting it up I believe one of those not authentic Roku pages somehow got accessed and someone got my information. So now I have bank card fraud. Be warned online. So here’s the part you probably want to hear but won’t like it maybe you already know it. The downside of Roku is that there is no phone number to call. At least none that I could find. So if you have a problem or question they just cycle you through the different questions on their website. I could not find a way to leave a message nor to call them to let them know I have been compromised. So good luckTrying to get a response. I guess you really should reach out to your Internet provider. And since Roku has had access to your Internet, I would be very careful with information shared online.
