- Answer Hi Frico! To add the HBO Max channel to your Roku Streambar Pro start by pressing the Home button on your Roku remote. Then Scroll and select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store. Under Search Channels you can enter a keyword, such as HBO Max. When you want to learn more about a channel, press OK button on your Roku remote to open the details. Finally when you're ready to add a channel, select Add Channel to install the channel on your Roku device. If you're already an existing HBO Max subscriber simply login with your account.

QuestionMy cable equipment does not have a cable connection available for internet separate from their equipment. I do have a Wi-fi router though. Can I connect with Wi-fi?

- Answer If your DVR is part of your cable box, then you should be good. The new cable boxes use HDMI ports to connect from the box to the TV. . You should have at least two of these on your TV.

QuestionI just got the stream bar pro today and got it set up worked fine, then after about 2hrs after it was turned off went back to turn it back on and it would only turn on the tv and not the sound bar. Why would it not turn on after working only 2 hrs before?

- Answer Hi Alexis! The Roku remote controls are massed produced, as a result it is not guaranteed which apps will be available as a shortcut button.

- Answer If the Streambar Pro only has an HDMI 2.0a Arc then the answer is No. Even if the tv supports HDMI 2.1 the Roku cannot pass through 48gbps data if it only has an HDMI 2.0a port which was what I wanted to know. I apologize for not being clear with my question.

- Answer Hi, Becky ! When your Roku player is too hot, a warning message saying, “Your device is overheating” will appear in the corner of the screen. If you are seeing this message there are several steps you can take that may remedy the issue. Try to find a cooler location for your Roku player. Avoid placing the unit; Inside a cabinet or other closed space, On top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, audio/video receivers or In direct sunlight. If you've taken these steps and are still getting a overheating message from your Roku Streambar Pro I would encourage you to reach out to Roku Customer Support linked here https://support.roku.com/contactus
