If you are willing to move it from one tv to the next.

We were told no so we bought 3 for 3 of our tv's and use our xbox on the other tv. It still came in cheaper than our previous cable bill by doing so.

yes but you have to move the stick to the one you want to view

You can move it from television to television, but it cannot operate on separate televisions simultaneously.
