Go into roku settings and make sure your network password is correct. Then make sure your ip address matches the network you are trying to use

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need a WiFi internet service. I have a personal computer with this connection and the connection process was simple and easy! Spectrum is my internet provider and Verizon wireless is my cell provider. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most likely you will need to go into the settings on the ROKU device and reset your internet connection to connect to the local network. Then if you ever want to connect to your mobile hotspot you will again have to go to the settings and reset your connection to connect to the mobile. It will not automatically just pick up a different internet connection when the programmed one is no longer available. You will have to choose what connection you want it to use.
