As per checking, the two round metal racks are the high and low rack, to be placed on the turntable. The metal racks can be used to cook two dishes at the same time. A small dish may be placed on the turntable and a second dish on the rack. The metal racks can be used in grills, power convection, and combination cooking.
The 8 Slim Fry features include/provide pre-programmed cooking times. You do not need to set the cooking times or the power level. You can adjust the Slim Fry category by turning the Multi-Function Selector Dial.
