• you can get an instruction manual on line if you go to Samsung.com and go to product support enter your microwave info and you can download a product manual on your computer.

• Thanks for the question. The SMH1622 user manual can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website. Following are the instructions for using the kitchen timer, which can also be found on page 10 of the downloaded manual. 1. Press the Kitchen Timer button. 2. Use the number buttons to set the length of time you want the timer to run. 3. Press the Enter/Start button. 4. The display counts down and beeps when the time has elapsed. 5. To cancel timer setting: Press the Stop/Clear button once. - Ms. Samsung
