A:AnswerIt comes with the mounting hardware and a charcoal filter kit. The filter kit can be used to recirculate the air when not using a wall or roof vented exhaust system. It also come with templates to tape on rear wall and top cabinet or shelf, to help with alingm3nt of mounting holes and keeping the unit level and square.

We replaced our old model and new model fits. We reused the same brackets from old microwave. It saves time installing it.
