“I just purchased this microwave and installed it and the turntable does not turn. is there something I need to hook up to make this work?”

• Check to be sure the ring w/wheels is underneath the glass plate. Also check to be sure the glass plate is properly set into the turning mechanism in the middle of the bottom shelf of the microwave. If that doesn’t work maybe call Samsung
