• Search for XE500C12 charger on Best Buy's site or your favorite search engine. If you got the Geek Squad protection, make it their problem to find one :)

• They sell replicas on Amazon and on BestBuy.com, but many reviewers have complained that these replica chargers cause issues with the functioning of the Chromebook trackpad. I would not recommend using one of them. Unfortunately the only way to get an actual Samsung Chromebook charger would be to purchase a new model.

• look up the model number of the laptop and look for a charger on best buy but it takes a couple of days to ship

• Best Buy carries some universal chargers. You can try the manufacturer's website or ebay as well. Be cautious when ordering chargers from Ebay. If you use Ebay, I wouldn't recommend getting a generic charger because they don't work as well or last as long. Good luck.
