Questiondoes wireless mean you have no wires to hook up the speakers? looking for something totally wireless for speakers

- Answer There is an optical cable (included) to connect the sound bar to the TV, so make sure your TV has an optical cable port. The subwoofer is wireless (bluetooth) and self connects once the sound bar is turned on.

- Answer The speakers you need are 8000 and they have not been made for a couple of years . I bought the 8500s and the would not connect. I looked for them on Ebay they had a new set for $350. I contacted Samsung and the told me they were discontinued.

- Answer I thought it has good volume. Made my neighbors mad downstairs haha. But Best Buy has a good return exchange program. Test it out. Hope this helps.

- Answer Yes that's true...is the same model that 450...The Samsung Tv recognized it like this model but are the same products...is just a Best Buy unique model number.

- Answer Yes. When you change the volume it appears At the front menu of the bar. But nothing is displayed if you don’t press Any button.

- Answer Accroding to another review you can use these specific additional speakers. https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/television-home-theater-accessories/home-theater/wireless-rear-speaker-accessory-kit-swa-8000s-swa-8000s-za/ they were originally designed for the 450 and 550 variants not sure if you can still find these it looks like samsung repackaged the HW450 as the 460 for black friday thus why it seems only the 8000 model of rear speakers work. claims the 8500 and 9000 rear speaker system aren't compatible but I can not vouch for that. Hope this helps!

QuestionHow many speakers does this sound bar have. It says 2.1 but then in the description it says 4x40watt which makes me think it has 4 speakers instead of 2?

- Answer 2.1 stands for - 2 channels ( Left/Right) + 1 sub. So essentially this soundbar has 2 speakers for each channel.

- Answer I have alexa TV fire box and Alexa will turn up or down the volume of the sound bar, and will turn off the sound bar when the tv shuts off. NOTE: I have the the soundbard connected wireless to my samsung tv, not directly connected to alexa box though.

- Answer my sound bar comes back on where I turned it off. It doesn't seem to have a default setting. I set my tv too zero volume before the sound bar was connected, that might be the solution.

- Answer Yes, it has a 'Clear Voice' mode which works well, as well a a 'Sports' mode, which dulls crowd noise on those types of broadcasts. I need those features , as well!

- Answer U must have blue tooth connect on sound bar it will show BT, on your phone you must have Blue tooth on as well to compare them together. Very easy to do.

- Answer I just had this issue when I set up my new samsung TV. Using the optical, the TV and cable remote volume wasn't working. Had to use the soundbar remote. There was no way I was gonna do that. After messing with it for an hour, I decided to connect the soundbar with the hdmi instead of the optical. I changed the audio setting in the TV back to tv and it worked. All the remotes control the volume now. My old Samsung TV that was 4 years old was able to control the volume while hooked up through the optical, idk why I couldn't figure out the new one. If anyone reading this knows the answer, please let me know. My new TV only has 2 hdmi outlets, so I would like to get the 1 back. (this TV was free through t mobile). My old one has 3 hdmi, but it started getting the white dots, so I need this new one.

- Answer No, this unit will not broadcast Bluetooth audio. You can connect a Bluetooth player, but not headphones.
