A:AnswerHave never had that happen and the wife cooks with cast iron on the stove. Those pans get quite hot. Just make sure there is the recommended distance between the stovetop and the bottom of the microwave.

A:AnswerHi Becky! There are actually a few things that could cause your microwave to stop heating. But not to worry, I have this link (https://bit.ly/3CMnD6b) that can walk you through what things to check to get your microwave back to working properly again. ^Jecca
A:AnswerNot really sure, this Over Range Microwave replaced one from mid 90's & fits perfectly for my needs. This unit does match the cabinets except for the front. Instead of being flush it extends forward about 3" making it easier to reach the keypad station. Samsung makes smaller units but this is the one I decide on, wanted a larger unit. Hoping this helps.
A:AnswerGreat question, nannie! First, I have the full dimensions of this model listed as 29 7/8" W x 17 1/16" H x 16 1/2" D. I can also note that our specifications indicate the cutout depth should be no more than 12". ^Jecca

A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, KevinAdMan! This microwave actually has two filters, a charcoal filter and an air filter. This is a direct link (https://bit.ly/3zpHXcB) to the filters that are compatible with this model microwave. I am also providing this link (https://bit.ly/3xrBSKI) to the user manual for this model. Pages 22 and 23 have everything you need to know about filter maintenance. ^Jecca
