“Hi, we moved to a house with samsung RF220NCASTR fridge, but from moving day, the freezer seems not working, it doesn't freeze the items. For example, I have put a water bottle in there since 2 days ago, and it is still liquid. What is the problem?”

What is your freezer temperature set at? You have to make sure the temperature is set below freezing, we keep our freezer set at 0. I found the following online from the Samsung Website: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/RF220NCTASR/AA/ Ideal Temperature Settings The ideal temperature settings for the French Door refrigerator are 0°F (-18°C) for the Freezer and 37°F (3°C) for the Fridge. I hope this helps!! If the problem continues contact Samsung and they can help you diagnose the issue over the phone. If that doesn’t work contact a local appliance repair to have them take a look!
