A:AnswerSeems that the fridges that they call "Counter Depth" are under about 31 1/2 inches. (approx) The 27 cu ft fridges are typically not "counter depth" and are much deeper; maybe 35 or 36 inches deep or so. You have to really measure carefully the space where you are going to put your new fridge. And also measure any critical areas along the path that they will need to carry the fridge to the kitchen. You might need to take some cabinet doors off or maybe take the doors off the fridge in order to get it to squeeze into the kitchen. Measure, measure accurately. I found that the advertised specs are pretty accurate. Also, the bigger fridges may be wider and taller to provide the extra volume. We bought the 22.4 cu ft fridge because we had some limitation of resting place and entry space.
A:AnswerYes, comes with a replaceable filter which they say to replace every 6 months. You can get on a program where they send you one every 6 months and is cheaper than buying on your own every 6 months.
A:AnswerI'm so glad you asked! I have this link (https://bit.ly/37O9Yip) that can walk you through how to remove the shelves from the refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerWe recommend turning off the water to the refrigerator when changing the water filter. Turning off the water will release the water pressure and make it easier to change the filter. We thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Glenn4ster! In the dispenser on the door, there are buttons that allow you to choose between water, and crushed or cubed ice. However, once this is selected, pressing the cup against the lever will activate the dispenser. This means you can use the dispenser with only one hand. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks for asking, Hazy! This model has a refrigerator section (the top section with the french doors), a freezer section (the bottom drawer), and a FlexZone (the middle drawer). The FlexZone is a flexible section that can be converted to hold many different types of items. Page 44 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3oyVkSv) has details about which settings to choose for which items. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThe shelf next to the ice maker can fold up. You lose that shelf, but if you have a lot of taller items, I found keeping that shelf up gives you enough space for milk cartons, pitchers, and carafes.
Not a hint to drink more water. Haha. Just make sure you stay hydrated though.
A:AnswerAdjust to the desired temperature and let the unit cool down. It can take up to 24 hours after plugging it in for the first time to reach maximum cooling and for ice to be produced. ^Lo
A:AnswerThe answer in short is. They don't match. The Tuscan is closer to the oiled Venetian bronze. We have the Tuscan set matched to the Venetian bronze kitchen hardware and it's a very close match.
A:AnswerJust wait till you own it 13 months and the ice maker stops working, or around year four whaen you can’t get it to cool below 55...avoid this trash at all costs, Samsung is a soul sucking devil of a company that does not care about it’s customers, just about making money selling defective products
A:AnswerThis fridge belongs in the trash, total waste of money, started having problems a month after the warranty ran out, and Samsung know this fridge is a piece of trash but keeps selling it
