A:AnswerHi ACE,
Thank you for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. We are saddened to know that the sound that the refrigerator creates bothers you. This is not the experience we want for our customers; feedback like yours will certainly help us to continue improving our products and customer experience here at Samsung.
A refrigerator is never completely quiet, even when it's new. In fact, new fridges may be louder as they settle into place. Still, noises from your ice maker or compressor should never get so loud that it's interrupting conversation.
I have included a link below to best understand what sounds the refrigerator makes and recommended steps to take. Please click on the link below.

A:AnswerHi Sjkhouse,
The grade of stainless steel used in the RF23J9011SR is not magnetic due to its high nickel content. The sides, however, are magnetic.
Thanks for your interest,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerAs the freezer and freezer/refrigerator convertible sections are divided with their own systems, a large pizza box woul not fit in the freezer width wise. However a refrigerated one in the top section should be no trouble. Honestly, with all of the other great features this product offered and the option to convert the bottom right quadrant... We felt giving up large frozen pizzas was worth the sacrifice. Maybe in the future Samsung could offer another model where the bottom freezer sections are all connected like the top (with no conversion option) for Customers that would prefer greater freezer width. I probably would have bought that...not thinking I would take advantage of the convertible section...but now that I have the option to convert I absolutely love the customization of this feature!
A:AnswerGreetings!
We appreciate your question about the leveling feet of the refrigerator.
It is recommended to not remove the leveling legs of the refrigerator for reasons that may affect the performance of your refrigerator and to avoid cooling issues. The refrigerator has to be level at all times for the doors to close properly and for optimum operation of the cooling system.

A:AnswerHi Arlene.
Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 22.5 Cu. Ft. Counter Depth 4-Door Flex French Door Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator with Convertible Zone on happens if I hold down the fridge and alarm for 3 sec. Regarding your concern, if you touch and hold this button for 3 seconds, turn Power Cool on and decrease the time needed to cool products in the Fridge. This can be helpful if you need to
quickly cool easily spoiled items or if the temperature in the fridge has warmed
dramatically.
(For example, if the door was left open.) To cancel the Power Cool function, press
and hold the Fridge/Power Cool (3 sec) button again for 3 seconds.
I suggest you check this link to your user manual for assistance. Please go to pages 13 and 41 to 42.
