A:AnswerI have been forced to call out service techs twice in the year I have bought my Samsung to repair your symptoms. Each time with hesitation, I was told by the service tech that Samsung was aware of this defect. The solution was to replace the Assembly Auger Motor, the Assembly Ice maker itself and the Assembly "Y" clip.
My symptoms were similar to yours. The ice maker could not maintain a constant temperature causing the ice to "re-freeze" and clog the ice maker preventing production of ice. The freezer had similar problems as if the thermostat could not maintain a constant temperature causing ice cream to melt then re-freeze and frost to form on all the items stored in the freezer.
Good luck
A:AnswerBoth LG and Samsung have a shinier black stainless steel finish where you can see some reflection. I mixed and matched these 2 brands and they worked very well together.
KitchenAid is more of a matte or flat black stainless steel and wouldn't look good with LG or Samsung.

A:AnswerHello.
Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 22.6 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Counter-Depth Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator if a filter is needed for the water dispenser to work and if this requires replacement. Regarding your concern, yes, a filter is needed. The filter you need to use would be HAF-QIN/EXP, HAF-QINS/EXP. After about 6 months (and typically, about 300 gallons (1200 L) of water, the Filter indicator blinks red for several seconds when you open or close the door, reminding you that the filter needs to be replaced.
I suggest you check this link for the full specs, dimensions, and features.

A:AnswerHonestly I get crushed ice and cube ice, sometimes the cubes might not be full but base on your concerns I don't have the same issue. Overall its a wonderful refrigerator.
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with all of this, Msilly07! Samsung now provides all of our manuals online in a downloadable format. Here is a direct link (https://bit.ly/3oxHemq) that will take you to the user manual for this model. We generally recommend allowing 24-48 hours for the refrigerator to fully cool once installed. Things such as opening the doors and adding warm or hot items to the refrigerator can delay this process as well. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi PapaMikyl! I'm happy to report that this model does have a Sabbath mode. You can even find instructions on how and when to use this feature on page 42 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/2WIoeGs). ^Jecca
A:AnswerThe seal will always leak. Mine started leaking just days after buying. Samsung came out and replaced the whole pitcher and it begin leaking days after. It will leak as you pour a glass of water.
A:AnswerYou're in luck, Manny! Samsung refrigerators are designed to allow the doors to be removed during installation. In fact, for this model, you can find step by step instructions on how to remove the doors properly beginning on page 22 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3o8Uhsg). To further help with this, I also have the dimensions of the refrigerator with the doors removed as 35 3/4" W x 68 7/8" H x 24" D. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm so glad you asked, GG! For this model, to set the temperature, tap either the "Freezer" or "Fridge" button until the desired temperature is displayed. Once the temperature is set, the display will return to showing the current internal temperature. It may take several hours for the refrigerator to reach the set temperature. However, if the refrigerator does not seem to be cooling properly, I recommend following the steps in this link: https://bit.ly/3xfVEJY. ^Jecca
