• A:Answer You can do it yourself. Just order a new filter. The filter is conveniently located in the front middle when you open it up. You just twist it to remove it, insert the new one and twist to lock it in place.

• A:Answer I was told by the install team, that I had to run the water for a couple gallons to reduce the air in the line. I was also told to throw away the first batch of ice - mainly because it would likely have the "new fridge" taste. I am now on my third week of ownership and I have not had any issues with the flavor or either since we performed the air bleed before use. I hate if this doesn't help - it's my experience with the unit.

• A:Answer Hi The Taz Man, Based on the measurement standards that were used until September 2014, the capacity of the RF263BEAESR was, in fact, 25.6 cu ft. As of last September, Energy Star's measurement standards were changed, resulting in the 24.6 cu ft capacity. The new standard affected many models, and in some cases the information may not have been updated. Thank you for bringing this instance to our attention. - Ms. Samsung

• A:Answer Hi Michael, The control panel on the RF263BEAESR is not backlit, so the words that are printed in white on the left and right sides of the panel don't light up. You can maximize ice production by transferring ice from the bin to another container, selecting the Power Freeze option on the control panel, making sure the water filter is changed regularly and the incoming water pressure is sufficient. • A:Answer The 29 cubic foot RFG297HDRS uses a state of the art insulation which enables thinner walls and larger capacity despite the similar exterior dimensions as our 26 cubic foot models. Besides the difference in capacity, the newer RF263BEAESR features upgraded High Efficiency LED lighting in both the fridge and freezer, a redesigned control panel and EZ Open freezer drawer handle, and the new IceMaster icemaker which takes up less space while producing up to 10 pounds of ice per day - about 33% more than the previous design.
