We have the same problem, Called Best Buy while under warranty. Serviceman came out changed ice maker, stated it was a common problem, Samsung knew about but refused to take any action. I am totally unsatisfied with Samsung, and wouldn’t refer anyone to purchase a fridge their. Common sense say an ice maker in the refrigerator part of unit, would tend to melt and not be cool enough to make ice, About once a month I have to defrost ice maker so it will make ice. Not happy. Any fixes???
