Q: QuestionHow do you secure this dishwasher when mounting under a granite countertop? Do I need support brackets for the sides?

• A:Answer More than likely there's cabinetry between the granite and top of the dishwasher so the securing bracket would be screwed into that wood. At least mine was. If by chance it cannot be secured to the top, there is an option to secure the unit via side-mounted screws (on both sides) into adjacent cabinetry.

Q: QuestionIs it normal for the wash arm that’s attached to the second rack to regularly fall off when the rack is pulled open? Also, is it normal for the second rack to have the adjuster for wine glasses etc malfunction and keep popping off so it’s useless?
