A:AnswerI double checked my Dishwasher and they all come on at first. Then only each cycle is lit as time goes by. I would guess the one with ALL the lights lit is the broken one. Also the light is solid for me for each cycle, it doesn't blink.

However, that is the only option regarding the tines on the bottom rack. The top RACK has the ability to move the tines wider or narrow depending on need\use.
