- Answer I use cleaning tablets that you can use biweekly . It takes care of the lime and sanitizes the dish washer with a nice smell but not so strong .

QuestionCan the rack height be adjusted after installation? The person who installed our dishwasher left the inside only partially assembled and broke one of the wheels. The top rack is positioned so low that dinner plates don't fit in either rack.

- Answer The top shelf can be adjusted , it should has two wheel assembly one top and one bottom. Just remove the whole rack out and insert back again with bottom wheels in the rail.

QuestionDoes anyone have issues with the dishwasher restarting if you open the door when a cycle is running? If I press start again, it seems to start the cycle over from the beginning.

- Answer Hi Rita, When you pause a cycle by opening the door, press the Start button before closing the door to continue the cycle. Push the door firmly closed within 3 seconds of pressing the Start button. If the door is not closed within 3 seconds, the cycle will not start.
