Takes about 24 hours to make the first ice

To ensure the ice maker is turned on, please see pages 43, 57 and 62 of the manual for some details. Once your refrigerator is installed and connected, adhere to these guidelines to maintain the ice bucket full with ice and make sure the ice is made properly: For best results, leave the refrigerator running for at least 24 hours.
