QuestionDoes Surround have to be turned ON or OFF in order to hear atmos effects? I raised the FTL and FTR levels as high as they can go, 3, and moved a little closer to bar and not sure what I should be hearing. Is there a test video online?

- Answer Plug your 4k dvd player directly into the soundbar to get atmos...it has to be a direct connection via hdmi. Once you do, when you play a 4k Dolby atmos DVD the sound bar will scroll Dolby atmos and the blue led will light up in the right corner of the sound bar

QuestionI kept my soundbar on BT Ready mode. Bluetooth is on, for both my devices (iphone and macbook). I m not able to c the sounbar on any of my devices.why? Also, can I connect mac to soundbar using wifi?

- Answer You need to be in Bluetooth pairing mode to find on a new device. Go to the Bluetooth mode then hold down the “Source” button until it enters pairing mode - you should be able to find it on a new device.
