QuestionCan the subwoofer be used laying on its side, or does it need to be up straight? One of the sides has a soft surface, should that side be facing up?

QuestionIs it possible to upgrade the included subwoofer to a more powerful one? If so, is there any wireless subwoofer with multiple compatibility’s that includes this specific soundbar? Offers amazing sound, just could use a little more range in bass.

QuestionMy Emerson TV only has HDMI inputs and RCA cable ports. My cable provider uses TIVO for a DVR and it has digital optical port. Can I use this by connecting the sound bar via digital optical between TIVO and sound bar? My old sound bar worked that way.

QuestionOur soundbar isn't working properly. It isn't connecting to our Samsung QLED TV and when I attempt to manually connect, it starts and then disconnects immediately. Also, when I use the remote control for our Samsung TV, there is a delay in motion.

QuestionThe sound in the sound bar goes mute briefly a few times when I turn on the TV or switch to Roku. I tried unplugging the whole unit for 30 seconds to reset and it still does it. Any suggestions?

- Answer The same with mine after only having it for 4 months. The subwoofer no longer connects, the soundbar says “not available” and tv output defaults to the television speakers. This seems to be a common defect with this system.
