Thanks for your interest. The FX510BGS features regular convection (no additional heating element) with one fan to help circulate the hot air evenly throughout the 5.8 cubic foot oven cavity. If you prefer True Convection, you may want to consider the upgraded FX710BGS which also features a warming drawer and griddle for the oval cooktop burner. - Ms. Samsung
