“I have a problem connecting the rear speakers! I have connected them to the wireless receiver with the wire provided, and did reset the ID SET but they still don't work. Any suggestions???”

• Try this: On the remote, there is a button called surround. After pressing it, you can turn the surround speakers on or off. Also you can control the volume of the rear speakers by pushing the button near the top left of the remote. It's part of the setting that control the the bass and treble.

• I figured it out. It's actually in the setting of the actual sound bar, there is an option that needs to be turned ON in order for them to work.

• Same problem here. Rear speakers will not connect. Have attempted the reset more than once, moving the speakers 'closer' to the soundbar and subwoofer to pair and I have had no success. Someone offer some help, please.
