“Cold water option I chose cold and tap cold water for the quick wash option, but the water come out is hot/warm. I had checked the hot and cold inlet hoses, and they are plugged into right place. any suggestion?”

Try the hot water option and see what it does. It may be wired incorrectly from the manufacturer.

If the water from a nearby tap is cold, the hoses are hooked up correctly, and you've selected Tap Cold on your WA422PRHDWR, yet the water still comes out warm, I would suggest contacting 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further. - Ms. Samsung
