This unit does not have a Soak cycle, but you can use the Rinse Hold option in which the laundry remains soaking in the final rinse water, although you will have to perform a drain or spin cycle to remove the laundry from the washer.

As per checking, your Washer is designed to use high efficiency (HE) detergents. Use high-efficiency detergents such as Tide HE, Wisk HE, Cheer HE, or Gain HE*for best cleaning results. High-efficiency detergents contain suds suppressors that reduce or eliminate suds. When fewer suds are produced, the load tumbles more efficiently, maximizing cleaning. Regular detergent is NOT recommended. Please use HE detergents only.

A:AnswerTimes vary depending on serrings. Light soil 26mins. Basic wash 29mins. Heavy Soil 32mins. Heavy Soil with extra rinse cycle is 42mins. All quick wash. Hope that was helpful
A:AnswerMine has this problem after 8 weeks, and the service dept. said it’s a control panel issue and not properly draining, you’ll need a tech to service it. If you’re outside of the 1 year warranty, good luck finding service, I can’t even get a tech show up after 2 weeks of trying. Horrible service. Just don’t purchase Samsung anymore.
