“I just bought this washer and all my first 3 attempts to watch some clothes ended up showing a a " 4C". I did all the preliminary troubleshooting and check the water connectors but still the same problem. Any advice is welcome.”

Did you run water through the hoses into a bucket to remove air from them? I believe that the machine has a minimum water pressure requirement but I'm not sure how much pressure is needed or how to measure the pressure coming out of the hoses. Also, calibrating the machine before use is recommended and the manual explains how to do so.
