A:AnswerKimmi, the SUD error indicates that the washer has detected an over-sudsing condition and will stop for a short period to allow the suds to dissipate. Here is a link to a guide support your concerns on error codes (https://bit.ly/35Ug26h). ^Lena
A:AnswerHello Jasmine! We recommend using bedding cycle for bulky items such as comforters, blankets, and sheets. For best results, wash only 1 type of bedding. For bedding or bedding covers, the recommended maximum spin level is Level 2 or Level 3, and the load capacity is 3.0 kg or less. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
A:AnswerI don't know. Consider, that if you stack the units, you may not be able to reach the dryer controls on top. We did not buy a base - only stack kit. Wife can barely reach the upper controls.
A:AnswerIf you use a flexible vent, you can probably get it an inch or so closer. I would allow at least 6 inches, unless the vent does not need to bend (goes straight into wall).
A:AnswerHello! I am including a helpful link to the user manual (https://bit.ly/2K7pjOd) starting on page 19 to support your concerns on clearance requirements. Thank you for being a part of Samsung! ^Lena
