- Answer Your question is brilliant, Lanna. I'll provide a helpful answer about this. Yes, you can use a powder detergent, but it requires a HE or High Efficient detergent. Also, do not use the liquid detergent container for powdered detergent, instead remove the container and put powder detergent directly into the main wash compartment. - Answer I just got those washer and dryer set. They are much quieter and defiantly less vibrations. Which was important for me because it’s on my first floor and not in a basement.

You can turn the alarm sound on or off by pressing the alarm OFF button on the control panel. When the alarm is off, the cycle completion melody and the power off beep will not sound. However, the other sounds stay active. There is no option to turn off the other sound the washing machine makes. - Answer Mine sits on thick carpet and the technician who installed it admonished me to put a board (plywood) under the machine to keep the machine level. This could affect the spin cycle ability to be the most effective and may be more noisy.

QuestionWashing Machine- The delay end "pauses" or "delay's" itself so what was a 7 hour delay turns into a 12+ hour delay. I never ends on time. Is there a fix for this? The machine has been calibrated. Delay used with/o the machine on smart app; same issue.

- Answer Not sure how much water is used but it definitely uses less water than the Samsung we bought 8 years ago so don’t use pods. This machine doesn’t use enough water for pods.
