- Answer Hi there, I can answer that for you. Our Samsung Front Load Washers all have the option to stack. If you stack, you will need to also purchase a staking kit to secure the two units together. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

QuestionI rec'd my washer yesterday, 12/5. Did my 1st medium load, while the machine was spinning, the whole washer was shaking heavily....I had a few things on top and they were thrown off the machine. I thought it had a vibration protection. Why???????

QuestionCan I add a garment mid cycle?

- Answer Hi there, You can add clothes midway through the cycle but it will take time. You will have to pause the cycle and wait until the drum is not moving. The door will then unlock and you will be able to add garments. The unit will weight sense again and determine if it needs more water then continue the cycle. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

QuestionDoes the door on this Samsung front-load automatically swing and rest wide open in everyone's way like on their old front load washers, or will the door rest near the opening, but cracked open enough allowing it to dry and not mildew?

- Answer I think it depends partially on the leveling of the machine, but my door will “rest” in the open position without swinging all the way open.

- Answer Are you referring to the shipping bolts? Those need to be removed before using the machine. A front-load washing machine uses a suspension system to support the washtub while it agitates and spins, but the system isn't designed to withstand the strain of moving. The shipping bolts keep the tub secure during a move and reduce the amount of vibration that could damage the suspension.
