Yes I received mine about 4wks after I sent in receipt for the new one

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I requested a rebate about 10 days ago on Dec 6th. Nothing yet, although I would not expect it by now. Make sure you take off the two (2) s/n labels off the old machine and attach them to the rebate form.
