• No, the stand is screwed into the back of the TV and won't rotate.

• Nope:( That's one other thing I don't care for and forgot to mention in my prior post, no it does not rotate even though I knew that from the store before I purchased it.

• No it is screwed in tight. You have to move the tv to the position you want.
