• My feeling is that you never get good sound from a TV. I have always used additional sound sources for surround sound.

• rddixon, The audio can sometimes be limited because of the flat design of the television doesn't always allow for robust audio. It's good for news or cartoons or other home use, but for rich deep sound, additional audio can be added at any time. The Netflix UHD option requires a subscription upgrade. You'll also want to check to make sure that the latest firmware on the TV is installed for the smoothest playback. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S

• You need to upgrade your Netflix account to get 4K content. Check you Netflix account to upgrade. Once done, a 4K category will appear on your set.
