- Answer My feeling is that you never get good sound from a TV. I have always used additional sound sources for surround sound.

- Answer Yes I personally own the 40 inch model and to my surprise it has Bluetooth. It really comes in handy if you are watching Netflix late at night, playing Xbox, PS4 and you don't want to disturb anyone or if you just enjoy immersing yourself into your content and drowning the outside world out. I have a pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones that work great with this TV. Only thing is that sometimes It may take a couple of times for it to register for whatever reason.

QuestionIssue with TV not getting 4K resolution banner messageI have the new Samsung 4K player model UBD-K8500 hooked up via a monster cable to the HDMI HDCP 2.2 input on a new Yamaha Receiver. I then have a monster cable running from the HDMI HDCP 2.2 out jack to the HDMI 4 ARC input jack on my Samsung 40 inch UN40JU7100 TV. On occasion when a 4K disk boots up, I'll get a quick blue banner that says something to the effect that I don't have a 2.2 compliant input jack. Therefore the movie will only play in the HD Blu-ray version.. My question is, is the 7100 model TV HDCP 2.2 compliant? If it is, why am I getting this notification that playback will only be in Blu-ray resolution. I don't see this banner every time and there is no way to check the video bit rate with the new K8500 player. Ultimately, I can't tell for sure if I am getting 4K content to my 7100 TV. I read somewhere about this issue and a work around was to run an HDMI cable directly from the 4K player to the 7100 TV. There is another HDMI jack on the player that says for audio only and the article said to run that cable to the receiver.

QuestionAdobe Flash PlayerI tried to install it as a website requires it but it says that "SonyAdobe Flash Player is not available from Adobe.com for your device's operating system or browser. What should I do? I hope this doesn't mean that I cannot use this TV to load that particular website.

- Answer Flash support is slowly being phased out. Goggle has stopped supporting flash several android releases ago. Same with adobe- they no longer support on android (apple IOS never did) So, if your Web site or TV requires flash, you are petty much outnofnluck. Look for the new HTML5 standard for replacement of flash

- Answer There is an option that you can switch the system from 2D to 3D. You access it by using the remote as a mouse/cursor. It has 3 - 3D options 2D->3D mode sideXside mode top x bottom mode
