QuestionMy TV keeps disconnecting from my Alexa Echo and going offline. Is there a way to keep it always on/connected? I can’t find anything in settings. This makes it so I can’t use voice commands for the TV (such as increasing the volume).

QuestionLoved my tv until it wouldn't turn on. Contacted Samsung support and spent an hour with support. They started out answering in english but switched over to spanish. Told "her" and even sent back a screenshot of the chat with the verbiage in spanish.
