  • QuestionHow does the Vented drying work? Do I need a vent that goes outslide like the reguiar dryers?

    • Answer Yes, the vented model needs a traditional vent that directs the hot air outside. This helps the drying speed on this unit be faster than the drying speed on the ventless. This also runs on 220 volt plug versus the ventless version on 110 volt. We are very happy with the performance after a couple months.

  • QuestionCan free and clear washing powder or powdered detergent be used? I saw something about having to use tide pods. We have sensitive skin and need to use sensitive detergent. Specs say 2 dry cycles. Is there a timed dry? What does geek protection include?

    • Answer Hi Donna, Most of the detergent will work on the washer; it only depends on what the detergent is made of. The dryer has different cycles, and you can also set timers on it. Here is a link to the user manual; kindly go to page 47 for a guide on what the correct detergent is and how to use it, and go to page 55 to learn more about dry cycles and how to set the timer.   • QuestionIs there a way to use 2 different general detergents in the 2 auto-load trays? I can't seem to select one over the other. For example, I can't switch between tray 1 and 2 to put two different types of detergent (not specialty or softeners).

    • Answer Hi Matt, No, the Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo does not currently support selecting or switching between the two auto-load trays to use different general detergents. Tray 1 (Auto Dispenser) and Tray 2 (Flex Auto Dispenser) are not user-selectable for detergent priority or switching. If you plan to use two types of general detergents, one will need to be added manually for now. This may be updated in future software or product designs, but as of now, the washer does not allow prioritization between detergent trays in auto dispense mode.     • Answer Are you wanting to just turn it 90 degrees to fit in the laundry room? If so, then you should be able to do it. Just make sure you can still open the door as it swings to the left. As Samsung stated, you can't turn it on its side unfortunately.
