“what/where is the wok grate the owners manual talks about. do you have to order it? if so, how?”

• The owner's manual states that it comes with the stove but I didn't receive it either. I called 1(800) 726-7864 which is the Samsung customer service number. The representative who took my called said one would be delivered to my home within 48 hours.
