Q: QuestionDoes this stove cook in non-convection mode (like for pizza which will not cook well in convection)?

• A:Answer Yes...it even has a pizza setting. I think it is supposed to help keep your crust crispy while allowing your toppings to melt nicely.

Q: QuestionWhat is Sabbath Mode? I just ordered the stove, it is suppose to arrive in about three days and I am trying to get a few answers before it gets here.

Q: QuestionDoes the clock keep time if the electricity goes off and comes back on? Will the oven then cook to the preset time if this happens?We live in an area where the electricity may flicker off and on or may go out just for a few minutes. If we have preset the oven to cook while we are gone and this happens we just wonder if it will continue or the meal will not be cooked.

• A:Answer Does not keep the clock on, it is powered only by the power line, ther is no battery. My wife use one of those old fashion clock timer besides just in case.

Q: QuestionIs there ambient heat in the room when the oven is in use?I have heard that some models cause the kitchen to become as hot as an oven while baking a cake!

• A:Answer It isn't unusual for some heat to escape the oven when in use since ovens aren't designed to be airtight. Heat escapes through the vent under the right side of the control panel back splash as well as through the door when it's opened to check on cooking progress. It's worth noting that Samsung uses 4 panes of glass in the oven doors to help insulate the interior and prevent the door from becoming excessively hot to the touch. • A:Answer It has convection bake and non convection. So you can choose if you want to have the fan on. The fan also turns off when the door opens.

Q: Questionglitchy burner knowto installer a while to get the back left burner to work. It's still glitchy, often takes me couple tries to lite it. Know seems very sensitive and it have to get it "just right" or somwhting. all other burners work first try and very easy. Suggestions?

• A:Answer Hi Nancy, There are several factors that can impact the operation of the burners, such as whether the installer adjusted the flame correctly and whether the burner heads and caps are placed in the correct position. If the LP conversion kit was installed, or the orifice on the burner was adjusted for some other reason, it may not be seated correctly, or perhaps the burner head is clogged. I would suggest removing the burner head and cap for the one that's "glitchy", cleaning and drying it thoroughly, then replacing it as shown in the manual (pages 64-65). If the problem persists, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist. Thank you, Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionDo the knobs get hot when the oven is on? And how does the auto shut off work

• A:Answer I haven't used the auto shut off, but you can easily set up a timed bake and it will turn off the oven when it completes the countdown, if that's what you mean. The knobs do not get hot when the oven is on, nor does the glass, if that helps any.

Q: Questionis this cook top actually 46.59 inches tall?typical cabinets arent that tall, so just wondering if i were to buy this would it have an 11" difference to my countertops

• A:Answer Thanks for the question. The 46.59" height is to the top of the back-splash/control panel. The NX58H5600SS cook top is approximately 36" high (depending on leveling) to align with a standard counter height of about 36". - Ms. Samsung

• A:Answer Great question, Cindy! This model is a fully gas model. This means it uses gas (or propane if it is converted) to heat both the oven and the cooktop. However, we do have some "dual fuel" models that use a combination of gas and electric. ^Jecca
