• The oven has a dehydrator not a hydrator. To hydrate is to add moisture. This oven will remove moisture from food like fruit slices.

• The Dehydrate mode in the NX58H5600SS Range is designed to dry food or remove the moisture from food using heat circulation with available temperature settings ranging from 100˚F to 175˚F.
