“Regarding the stove top griddle: What is it made of? Is the stove top griddle made of cast iron? If not, what is it made of? Also, does it have a non-stick coating? I would rather it be cast iron as most cookware with a non-stick coating is typically made of aluminum- which I abhor! I plan to buy this range very soon- today or tomorrow. I am wondering if I need to find an alternative cast iron griddle if the one included with this range is aluminum. Thank you!”

• I does not look like cast iron to me. but it is very heavy and looks like a good quality griddle and does have a good non stick coating on it. its far from a cheap griddle it is very nice and heavy also
