BB can give you the phone number to call for service. I recommend you do that even if you don't have extended warranty. I'm not suggesting you pay for service, call to see if they will send someone out for free.
A:AnswerThis oven is well made and insulated. It is normal to have heat come back onto the stove from the oven. This oven for me was better than my builder grade one that I started with. It let lots of heat out. This oven does not.
A:Answeri don't have the manual any longer but i remember it said something about sabbath mode and it had to do with Jewish cooking ? it didn't make sense since not everyone buying this Samsung range is Jewish but i guess its just an option.
